• Unit Test — Unit tests conducted every 2 months.
• Project Work — Three project submissions per year.
• First Term Examination — Held in September – October.
• Second Term Examination — Held in March.
• Final Term Examination — Held in March.
• For promotion, a candidate must obtain at least 35% marks in all subjects.

Admission Procedure

• Admission is strictly on merit basis and vacancy available.
• Admission through Admission test (written & oral).
• Required: progress report, T.C. from previous school, original date of birth certificate.
• The Principal reserves the right to refuse any admission.
• Age Limit: Normally children from 3+ are admitted. Birth certificate issued by Nagar Mahapalika required.

Withdrawal Rules

• T.C form must be filled by parents personally.
• T.C. provided after three days of depositing fees.
• All dues must be cleared before taking the T.C.

How to Conduct Yourself

1. Come to school in clean and tidy school uniform.
2. Be regular in morning assembly — be quiet and take active part.
3. Help keep the classroom and school campus clean.
4. Do not loiter outside the classroom while school is in session.
5. While moving from class to class, move in a line and avoid disturbing others.
6. Bring only prescribed textbooks and notebooks.
7. Be an active participant in every school activity.

Silence & Order

• Running, playing, shouting and whistling inside school building is never allowed.
• No child is permitted to enter the staff room.
• Students are not allowed to go out of school during school hours including recess time.
• Students are not allowed to use mobile phones, gold or other valuables in school.

Behaviour Outside School

• Pupils are answerable for their conduct both in school and outside. Misbehaviour justifies dismissal.
• School does not take responsibility for loss of personal belongings.

No leave of absence is granted except on a previous written application from parents/guardians.

• For leave of 1 to 3 days: apply through the school diary.
• For leave of more than 3 days: a formal letter must be sent.
• Unexplained absence for more than 10 consecutive days may result in name being struck off the rolls.
• Absentees due to illness must present a medical certificate before being admitted to class.
• All students expected to attend school on the re-opening day. Absentees without leave will be fined Rs. 5.00.
